When unequal bubbles are connected, air initially flows from the higher-pressure smaller bubble toward the lower-pressure larger bubble. A soap bubble has two surfaces. For a liquid drop, ΔP(drop) = 2S/R. Thus the soap-bubble excess pressure is twice the liquid-drop value. Therefore all four statements are correct.
