G1 Physics sells digital educational services. No physical shipping is normally involved.

How a course is delivered

Courses are delivered electronically through the user's G1 Physics account on the website or app. Successful payment should activate eligible course access according to the purchase flow.

Course availability and access duration are shown on the applicable course. Access follows that displayed duration or validity date.

Payment succeeded but access did not open

If payment is successful and course access does not appear, contact support. You may be asked for the order or payment reference shown by the payment page or in your account. Do not send your full card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, or banking password.
