Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a course. A parent or guardian who allows a minor to use the platform accepts these Terms for that use.

Eligibility and minors

The platform is intended for students and for parents or guardians supporting them. If the user is under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for the account, for the accuracy of the information provided, and for the student's compliance with these Terms. The parent or guardian is also responsible for any purchase made for that student.

Account registration and security

Registration asks for your name, email, mobile number, a password, and a one-time password sent to that mobile. Stream and class may be provided and are optional. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your login and for keeping the password and one-time passwords confidential.

Each student account is personal. Email and mobile number can be used for only one account. Do not share your login, or let someone else attend the course through your account, except a parent or guardian supervising a minor student. Unauthorised account sharing may lead to suspension of access.

Course purchases, pricing, and tax

Course price, any displayed discount, and the amount payable are shown before you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees. Where a tax applies and is shown at checkout, it forms part of the amount you pay. A coupon applies only when it is valid for that course at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Cashfree. G1 Physics grants course access after the payment is verified, or immediately when the amount payable is zero. If a payment fails, or is marked failed or pending by the bank or Cashfree, the course is not activated for that attempt. A failed or pending debit may later be reversed by the bank or payment provider. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Course activation and access duration

After a successful purchase, access is added to the student account and can be used on the website or app. Access lasts for the duration, or until the validity date, displayed on the purchased course. If the course page shows bundled courses included with the purchase, those courses are part of the same purchase.

Course videos, notes, questions, and tests may be updated for academic or technical reasons. An update does not by itself extend or shorten a validity date already shown on your purchase, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

Educational disclaimer

G1 Physics provides educational preparation and learning resources. Purchase of a course does not by itself guarantee any particular examination score, rank, admission, qualification, or selection.

If a promotional offer is published separately, that offer is governed by its own written eligibility criteria and conditions. These Terms do not withdraw a promotional offer that has its own published terms.

Intellectual property

Course videos, PDFs, questions, tests, study material, branding, and the software of the platform are owned by PRADEEP KUMAR PRAJAPAT or used under licence. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the material for your own study during the access period.

You may not copy, download for redistribution, record, upload, publish, or commercially reuse that material without prior written permission. You may not remove watermarks or share lecture links outside your own signed-in use.

Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Misuse another person's account or payment instrument.
• Attempt to bypass login, playback limits, or payment verification.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content through doubts or other forms.
• Interfere with the website, app, or other students' use of the service.
• Use the platform for fraud or to resell access.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or close an account, or remove course access, where there is a reasonable basis to believe these Terms were broken, a payment is fraudulent, or continued access would harm other users or the platform. Where practical, we will tell you the reason and consider a reply sent to the grievance contact. Access already paid for is handled in line with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Third-party services and availability

Checkout, OTP, email, and some embedded videos depend on third-party services. Those services have their own terms. G1 Physics aims to keep the platform available, but classes, video, or login may be interrupted for maintenance, load, or a failure outside our control. We will work to restore service within a reasonable time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, G1 Physics and PRADEEP KUMAR PRAJAPAT are not liable for examination results, admission decisions, or loss caused by a third-party payment, telecom, or hosting outage. Liability for a paid course, where it is not excluded by law, is limited to the amount you paid for that course.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Purchases are also covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Course Delivery Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. Grievances can be raised through Contact Us.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. The version published on the website at the time of a purchase applies to that purchase, except where a later change is required by law. Continued use of an account after an update means you accept the updated Terms for future use.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory statutory jurisdiction, contractual disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bikaner, Rajasthan.
